Step 1:
So, first of all, we need to break those food addictions.
If you are overweight, chances are good that you are addicted to food. If you weren’t addicted to food, you would eat less often, eat less food in a single meal, and make better food choices when you do eat. But, because of food addiction, you eat more often, eat more in a single meal than you should, and make horrible food choices.
Believe me, it happens to the best of us.

Step 2 involves making better choices in what you eat. The reason why we do this AFTER we break the addiction to food is because it never works otherwise.
