Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Participates in 13th National Family Violence Apprehension Detail

The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office participated in the 13th National Family Violence Apprehension Detail. The detail was conducted over a 24-hour period beginning at one minute after midnight on 10-21-15.

A total of 11 law enforcement officers participated in the detail.

Over the 24-hour period, law enforcement officers attempted to serve 60 arrest warrants for domestic-related crimes.

In cases where offenders were located outside of Hernando County, teletype messages were sent to the appropriate law enforcement agency so law enforcement personnel could attempt to contact the offender.

A total of five arrest warrants were served and five probable cause arrests were made by patrol deputies.

– Bray, Patrick Ralph W/M DOB/09-09-1970 (Child Support)
– Lee, Jeremy B/M DOB/07-15-1987 (Domestic Battery)
– Parent, Tyler A. W/M DOB/08-31-1991 (Domestic Battery)
– Montemayor, Pedro W/M DOB/03-10-1978 (Child Support).

Probable Cause Arrests:

– Juvenile W/F DOB/XX-XX-2000 (Domestic Violence)
– Evans, Austin W/M DOB/07-05-1991 (Domestic Battery)
– Calloway, Christopher B/M DOB/07-13-1985 (Aggravated Battery)
– Witherington, William W/M DOB/07-06-1973 (Aggravated Assault)
– Spell, Adrian W/M DOB/03-08-1997 (Lewd and Lascivious).
