Boyfriend didn’t put rat poison in drink, report says
BROOKSVILLE –
Kylie Lunsford, 31, was arrested and charged Sunday with filing a false police report against her live-in boyfriend who, she said, put rat poison in her Kool-aid.
She was also charged with aggravated assault, her fourth arrest on domestic battery charges, a sheriff’s office report said.
Medical staff at Brooksville Regional Hospital performed a battery of tests on Lunsford and found no traces of poison. They did, however, find methamphetamine, a sheriff’s report said.
The report said she also faked a seizure.
Lunsford, who lives off Sun Road in Brooksville, told deputies her 9-year-old daughter had told her that her boyfriend had put the poison in her drink, a charge her daughter denied, a report said.
The false report is on top of an aggravated battery charge filed against Lunsford. The report said she threw a metal pipe, nails and other items at him.
This is Lunsford’s fourth arrest on domestic battery charges, the report showed.
She was booked at the Hernando County Jail on an aggravated battery charge on a no-bond status.
