High flying canines
The Central Florida Disc & Dog Club presents the Skyhounds Classic Qualifier, a prelude to the U.S. Disc Dog Nationals, at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday at Anderson Snow Park, 1360 Anderson Snow Road in Spring Hill. Come out to cheer the teams and witness the competitiveness of high flying discs vs. high jumping dogs.

Plant sale is set
The annual Spring Plant Sale hosted by Hernando County Master Gardeners is happening from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Master Gardener Nursery, 19490 Oliver St., Brooksville. Plants for sale include trees, shrubs, ground covers, perennials and Florida native plants. The Nature Coast Model Show takes place from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Dana’s Railroad Supply, 4042 Deltona Blvd., Spring Hill.
