Tampa man arrested on sexual battery charges

Joshua Lee Eckley of Tampa was arrested Tuesday on two counts of sexual battery, according to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim is a female younger than 16 who is known to Eckley, 22, deputies said.

Eckley, of 910 W. Cornelius Ave., was being held on no bond at the Hernando County Jail.
