Search Warrant – 12156 Monarco Lane
On 04-21-16, detectives with the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit, along with members of the SWAT team, executed a search warrant at 12156 Monarco Lane in Spring Hill, the residence of Paul Bodisch.
The search warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation where undercover Vice and Narcotics detectives were able to purchase controlled substances from Bodisch on several occasions.
At approximately 9 a.m., detectives made contact with Bodisch and his girlfriend, Chelsea Collins, inside the residence. Both individuals were taken into custody without incident.
Pursuant to the search, detectives located baggies of methamphetamine, a trafficking amount of hydromorphone, and various items of drug paraphernalia.
While on scene, several neighbors expressed their gratitude to detectives for their efforts on this case. Many families in the neighborhood had growing concerns regarding the activity occurring at the residence.
The individuals listed below were arrested on scene and charged as follows:
Paul Bodisch W/M 01/13/90
– Sale and possession of a controlled substance
– Possession of a structure for the purpose of selling a controlled substance
– Possession of a structure for the purpose of selling a controlled substance with a minor
– Possession of Methamphetamine
– Trafficking in Hydromorphone
– Possession of drug paraphernalia
– Unlawful use of a two-way communication device
– Bond Amount: $74,000
Chelsea Collins W/F 10/07/89
– Possession of Methamphetamine
– Trafficking in Hydromorphone
– Possession of paraphernalia
– Bond Amount: $29,000.
