Rookies to open second location Monday
Bar Manager Josh Leach whips up five drinks at once Thursday at the soft opening of the second Rookies on U.S. 19 in Spring Hill. The bar and grill is now brewing its own beer with the distillery in the establishment, as well.
SPRING HILL The new Spring Hill Rookies Sports Bar and Grill at 1320 Commercial Way held a soft opening Thursday. The staff includes Bar Manager Josh Leach, Under Chef Stacey Lynn, Store Manager Danne Ciccone, General Manager Mike Nelson, assistant managers Dannielle Piarulli and Destiny Davaney, owners Billy Beetz and Keith Krueger, and renowned Chef Keith Erickson.
The restaurant will officially open for business at 11 a.m. Monday.
