One Man Dead, Two Others Injured in Spring Hill Bar Shooting
On 3-11-16 at 1:34 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Bamboo’s Bar & Eatery, 4564 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, in reference to a shooting.
When deputies arrived they found two males had been shot in the parking lot of the bar by another man following a disturbance inside the establishment.
The names of the men involved are not being released at this time.
According to officials at the scene, one man has died as a result of his injuries while the second shooting victim was flown by a Bayflite medical helicopter to a local trauma center for treatment of his injuries.
The shooter was still on scene at St. Lucy’s Plaza when deputies arrived and surrendered without incident.
The shooter, who also sustained injuries during the incident, was transported to a local trauma center for treatment of his injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
