Hernando High School graduation
Hernando High School’s graduation was moved indoors this year after last’s year’s event was rained out.
Hernando High School girl graduates received a yellow rose before the final walk. Nicole Kile,17, right, will pursue an Associate of Science degree in Zoology studies at Hillsborough Community College. She said she also wants to attend the University of Florida to continue her studies. Graduate Benjamin Oates,18, left, will attend USF for Air Force R.O.T.C.
Some 2,300 people filled the main hall of Grace World Outreach Church in Brooksville on Saturday for the grand event. An overflow seating room was created with a video feed for those who could not fit.
