Hernando Beach’s entrance gets makeover

Hernando Beach’s entrance on the Shoal Line Boulevard side is undergoing landscaping improvements.

Grass once occupied the median where the road splits to Aripeka and Spring Hill, but now displays palms overlooking a water hole, sidewalks, stone walkways and boulders, and bear statue. New signs are also going up at the site.
