HCSO: Woman bites father, resists arrest

SPRING HILL – Jennifer Tomaszewski of Larkin Road in Spring Hill was arrested Monday night on charges of domestic battery and resisting an officer.

According to a sheriff’s office arrest affidavit, Tomaszewski allegedly hit her 65-year-old father in the face and bit his arm.

When deputies arrived on scene, Tomaszewski resisted arrest by “tightening her arms preventing being placed into handcuffs.”

Tomaszewski, 32, was arrested on charges of aggravated battery on a person 65 or older and resisting an officer without violence.

She is being held in lieu of $3,000 bond.

Records show Tomaszewski was arrested on battery charges in January, but charges were later dropped by prosecutors.
