HCSO serves warrants, arrests 5
SPRING HILL –
Vice and Narcotics officers from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office served five search warrants in Spring Hill on Thursday, seizing drugs and arresting five individuals.
The warrants were served at the following addresses: 11291 Mayflower Road, 11279 Landfair Street, 8073 Wooden Dr., 8077 Wooden Dr. and 357 Springhaven Loop.
Crack cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a .40 caliber Beretta, ammunition and a Toyota Avalon were seized at the Mayflower residence. Walker Brown Jr., 36, and Terrence Thomas, 37, were arrested on multiple charges, and booked at $97,000 and $103,000 bond, respectively.
Marijuana, muscle relaxers and drug paraphernalia were found at the Landfair Street residence. Mondrell Brown, 40, was arrested and booked on $1,500 bond.
Diana Lopez Piniero, 27, was given a notice to appear for the three grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia found at the 8073 Wooden Dr. address.
Vice and narcotics seized the following items from 8077 Wooden Dr.: 2.3 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, SKS rifle, Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun, .45 caliber and .380 caliber handguns and ammunition.
A search of 357 Springhaven Loop found 5.6 grams of cocaine, 4.6 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Hector David Carrion, 41, was arrested and booked on $72,000 bond, and Liana Lopez, 22, was arrested and booked on $11,000 bond.
