HCSO Searching for Aggravated Battery Suspect
Spring Hill — On 08-11-15 at approximately 12:11 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence on Gamewell Street in Spring Hill in reference to a report of an aggravated battery.
According to the caller, Rachel Riggs, she was involved in verbal altercation with her live-in boyfriend, Charles Noble W/M DOB/4-23-1973, which eventually turned violent when she told him he needed to move out.

The incident occurred in the garage area as Noble was exiting the residence with some of his belongings.
As Noble walked through the garage, he picked up an aluminum baseball bat and swung it at Riggs and her friend, Jacob Bravo, while making various threats.
Noble struck Riggs on the left side of her body and also hit Bravo on his left shoulder as he attempted to shield Riggs from receiving another blow.
Noble proceeded to leave the residence, however not before smashing the windshields of the vehicles belonging to Riggs and Bravo.
The HCSO K-9 Unit and Air Unit responded to the area but were unable to locate Noble.
While on scene, deputies noted Noble began to text Bravo making fun of the incident.
A warrant was issued for Noble’s arrest on two counts of Aggravated Battery.
