Deputies: Suspect finds wife in bed with another man
SPRING HILL –
A man was arrested Tuesday morning on battery charges following allegations he attacked his wife and another man after he came home and caught the pair in bed together.
David Michael Glassberg, 30, of 239 Tulsa Ave., arrived home from work around 4 a.m. and lost his temper after he saw the couple in bed together, according to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.
Glassberg jumped onto the bed, struck his wife in the face with his knee, grabbed her companion and shoved him into a nearby dresser, deputies said.
The suspect grabbed the man again and shoved him into another dresser, according to an arrest affidavit.
After the bruised and battered man fled the house, Glassberg grabbed his wife and dragged her from the bedroom to the dining room, which caused abrasions to her left leg and left wrist, deputies said.
Glassberg was charged with battery and domestic battery. He was booked at the Hernando County Jail and held without bond.
Court records show Glassberg is a convicted felon.
He was convicted seven years ago of child neglect.
