2 found dead in Spring Hill mobile home fire
A woman and her adult daughter were found dead inside a burned mobile home in Spring Hill late Tuesday, Hernando County deputies said.
The women were identified on Wednesday as Trudy Kemper, 66, and Tamerla Kemper, 34. The family’s two dogs also died in the fire.
At 11 p.m. Tuesday Hernando County fire department and sheriff’s office personnel responded to a report of a fire at 3372 Seaview Drive, according to a news release. Once there, neighbors told them two people were inside.
Firefighters found the bodies of the Kempers in the mobile home.
A preliminary investigation showed the blaze might have been caused by an accidental electrical fire that started in a wall.
The scene is being investigated by the fire marshal’s office and sheriff’s office.
