Charge – Aggravated Assault w/a Deadly Weapon
Charge – Felony Domestic Battery by Strangulation
Synopsis – A 16-year-old male was arrested for choking his mother until she nearly lost consciousness and swinging a baseball bat at her two times.
Disposition – Per the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) the juvenile was released back to his parent for home detention.
