UPDATE – Missing Endangered Juvenile – Richard Gonzalez Jr

UPDATE

Hernando County Detectives worked through the night to locate Richard Gonzalez Jr.

Gonzalez was located a short time ago and is being returned to his family. He is safe and unharmed.

The case is still under investigation. No additional information will be available at this time.

Original Information

The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from our media partners and
the community in locating a MISSING ENDANGERED JUVENILE.

Richard Gonzalez Jr. was last seen on 09-03-15 at approximately 1:31 a.m., leaving his
residence on Pavia Lane in Spring Hill.

He left the area on foot, in an unknown direction of travel.

Richard’s physical description is as follows:
Hispanic Male
Date of Birth – 03-12-2001
5’5”
120 lbs.
Brown/Black Hair
Brown Eyes.

Richard was last seen wearing a black hoodie with the words “level up” written in white
lettering, black pants and white shoes. He was also carrying a black backpack.
