Bark Island

Grab your leash and drag your master to a morning of beach play at Bark Island at Pine Island. Well behaved canines and their masters can frolic from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Pine Island Beach, 10840 Pine Island Drive, Spring Hill. Water bowls are provided at two water stations. Admission is $7 for the first dog per car and $3 for each additional dog. Bring proof of current vaccinations, a leash, and your pooper-scooper.

West Hernando Coin Club presents a Coin & Currency Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Knights of Columbus, 10470 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill. MS bike team benefit

Audubon Society plans Saturday field trip

Hernando Audubon Society plans a field trip to Fort Cooper State Park at 8 a.m. Saturday and will meet in parking lot No. 2, 3100 S. Old Floral City Road, Inverness. Church hosts annual Arts and Crafts Fair

Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church presents its fourth annual Arts and Crafts Fair from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the church’s Family Life Center, 200 Mt. Fair Ave., Brooksville. In addition to fine art, there will be hand-painted porcelain, wood craft, pine needle baskets, stained glass mosaics, jewelry, pottery and much more. Hot dogs, chili, baked goods and other snacks will be available and door prizes will be awarded every half hour. Vendor spaces are available for $18. Wellington residents present craft fair

Wellington at Seven Hills community hosts its fourth annual Residents Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the ballroom at the Wellington Clubhouse, 400 Wexford Blvd., Spring Hill. Class lets children be wildlife detectives

Chinsegut Conservation Center’s fall program class, “Mystery of Sandhill,” will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 23212 Lake Lindsey Road, Brooksville. Children will learn the skills of a wildlife detective and use wildlife scientific investigations while solving the mystery of the sandhill. This program is designed for children ages 5 to 10. Knights of Columbus plan a Holiday Shopping Event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 29 at 10470 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill. Many vendors will be set up inside the hall.
